Hot Yoga By The Sea was my first time doing yoga EVER and after my first class, I bought a 10-class pass! It was just such a welcoming and delightful experience that I was convinced to come back for more! I was referred by a friend to give yoga and their studio a try, and I'm so glad I did! I've attended three classes now, with three different instructors, and each has been AMAZING! The studio is intimate and non-intimidating for beginners. Even amongst advanced yogis, I feel comfortable going at my own pace. The instructors do a great job of explaining each pose and reassuring you to modify and go at your own pace as needed. For my first experiences with yoga, I have to say it could not have been better! Love the studio, love the instructors, love the workout, love the flow, love the vibes, love it ALL! Sun Yoga is my favorite yoga studio in Honolulu. The infrared heat is cleansing and healing. It’s a great place to start and/or finish the day. There are many class times available from early morning till 7:30 pm. There are also a variety of classes including heated and low heat hatha classes as well as yin which is slower and meditative. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I always look forward to my time there. Michelle, the owner, has created a very healing and welcoming environment. It’s my home away from home!!!
