We are passionate about surfing and specialize in three ways of teaching you how to glide across the water: surf, stand up paddle and bodyboard. We have professionals in all of these activities on staff and are therefore able to teach anywhere from beginner to advanced levels. All of our staff members have been in the business for many years and are some of the finest instructors in the industry. We each bring a little something unique to the table but we believe in delivering a consistent product. We love what we do and we enjoy working together, as a team and as ohana to make our students feel safe, comfortable, and successful!

If you’ve ever dreamed of riding a wave or gliding across the water we can certainly help you. If you have ever felt that you wouldn’t be able to do so, we’d love the opportunity to prove you wrong and show you that anyone with a little desire to experience the thrill of surfing can do it!

We offer group lessons for teens and up, private lessons and private group lessons for all ages, family packages for families with young children (under 13), and our lessons with a pro if you’re looking to take your skills or level of understanding to the next level. We offer both 1 & 2 hour lessons and our pro lessons are available in 90 minutes and 2.5 hours classes.

Our biggest priority is SAFETY! First and foremost we make sure our students are safe, and having fun and feeling successful is a close second. All our coaches and guides are professional, trained in safety (CPR, lifeguard, first aid), and friendly.

Having read reviews from multiple instructors, Fellipe, the owner of Kiteboarding Paradise Hawaii, kept coming up with great reviews. It was relatively late notice, and we had just a week on Oahu, but Fellipe was able to make it work. My twin teenagers and myself - total beginners - spent a week taking kiteboarding lessons with Fellipe and Jason. They are both excellent instructors. Fellipe is very punctual and maximized the benefits of each session by giving us homework to do between lessons. We went from setup to launching and body dragging in 3 hours, and spent several more hours improving our kite skills, and board skills behind his well equipped jet ski. Fellipe took some great photos and videos of us that we are so glad to see now – to bring us back to that special experience. With an ankle and balance issue, it was a challenge for me, and I felt gripped. But Fellipe was able to help me relax while maintaining a very safe experience. His expertise, professionalism, and...

Fillipe is an incredible instructor. I’ve been struggling to get up foiling with available practice time and lessons in cold water prior and he got me over my hump. He was kind and patient and all around joyful and fun. His instructions were spot on to get my weight and body shifted to the proper places and have success. Definitely look up Fillipe when you’re here. I got recommendations from friends in Cali and also from some local kiters at Mokuleia. They were right. He’s an excellent waterman and instructor. I don’t normally write reviews but KiteboardingParadiseHawaii was so great I wanted to support a local small business. My WingFoil instructor, Fellipe, was amazing. He was professional, friendly, safety conscious and always on time. I was only in Hawaii for one week and Fellipe helped me plan my lessons to get the maximum benefit and save time/money. He was extremely knowledgeable about both the locations and gear we were using, this wasn’t his first rodeo. There are a lot “just okay” instructors on-island, but how Fellipe really impressed was because he himself was an expert waterman, knew kiting, foiling, winging inside and out. What also sets him apart from the from rest was his teaching ability, always with clear and calm explanations. If you are on the fence about pulling the trigger on lessons, just do it, you won’t regret it! We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced kiteboarding lessons. As well as wave riding, strapless kitesurfing, hydrofoiling, Wing Surfing, Wing foiling, Tow foil Surfing, Wakeboarding, Surfing and Tow in big waves. We will teach you how to ride with style. ;)

Our main goal is to make you an independent rider. And our priority is to keep you and the spot safe.

You will be with an avid waterman, very experienced surfer and instructor that loves sharing the stoke through surfing as well. So we also offer surf lessons, surf tours and surf coaching. Groups or private. First timers, beginners and even more experienced surfers always enjoy surfing with us. Safety and enjoyment guaranteed during our surf sessions here in paradise!

We also offer wakeboarding lessons and wake sessions behind the jet ski. We will tow and whip you around! ;) It's great fun! It's also really a helpful tool to help you with the board skills when you're learning how to kite.

- Kiteboarding Lesson: $120/hr for 1 person (private) and $180/hr for 2 people (group lesson).

- Hydrofoil behind the Jet Ski: $150/hr for 1 person (private) and $200/hr for 2 people (group). 2hr sessions minimum.
