4worldlovers: I can’t express enough how wonderful these guys are! We are on Wheeler and apparently it’s difficult to find some appliance repair who can get on post. They were great and timely with fixing our washer seal, that of course showed up warped after our PCS here. That fixed the leak from the front of the washer completely. The next day when I had issues with water coming out the back, they talked me through possible issues over the phone and we came to the conclusion housing may need to come snake their drain and I should run the washer hose into the laundry sink in the meantime. That worked! They could have charged me for a visit to diagnose, but honestly care more about helping people than making money. It’s been such a difficult week getting our household goods and having constant laundry flooding in the meantime- they made the process of resolving my issues so stress free. Hope I don’t have any more appliance issues while on island, but if I do, I know who I’ll call! Mahalo!

What a great repair team. They figured out what was wrong with my washer, got the parts quickly, then came in on a holiday to install them. They tested the washer to make sure it worked before they left the house. I would recommend this team and company.
