We have been located in Dillingham Blvd. Self Storage for the past 3 years and it has been the BEST rental experience we have had!


One of the features which attracted us to Dillingham Storage was its prime location in Honolulu. It’s situated in the middle of the city so travel time is cut down when it comes to going to your unit to pick up equipment. Also, it’s easy for clients to find you when they realize you are located near Costco and across the street from Honolulu Community College! Parking is available to visitors and they don’t have to circle the block to find a space! There is a conference room available if meetings or private transactions are scheduled and a simple reservation is all it takes.

Another feature which really wows everyone is how clean the facility is…inside and out! There is NO trash build-up on the exterior grounds that you see at other facilities. The inside aisles are shiney and gate doors are always policed! The elevators are clean and well-maintained…… I’ve seen other facilities with elevator buttons broken or punched out and the damage stays there for several weeks!

Another BIG plus for Dillingham Storage is the restroom! The restroom gets policed several times a day…if you are a tenant you know this is true!! No one likes a filthy bathroom and they take a lot of pride in keeping the customer’s one clean! Not only is it clean, but when the office closes at 6pm the restroom is STILL available to tenants who choose to work until 9pm when the facility closes. Other facilities lock up their restrooms when the office staff leaves for the day, and if poor you has to use the restroom when they are gone…tough! (That doesn’t make for happy tenants!!)

Lets talk moving carts! When you have a lot to move it’s great having the rolling carts at your disposal! There are always carts near the elevators (in great working condition….no wheels falling off!) that are available even when the office is closed. A lot of other storage facilities lock their carts up, and if the only time you have to move your items are after working hours….(that’s right!)….TOUGH! Not at Dillingham!
