I'm embarrassed to admit I couldn't remember the nurses who assisted me during my stress test for my heart. They were very helpful in explaining the procedure and the instructions were well explained.

Staff sending blood test orders or test results have not been sent. Which causes patient to to call multiple days for same information to be sent. Frustrating when you're already there to get your bloodwork done and even with a weeks notice, form never sent. Please work on improving these staff issues.

I waited 45 minutes on Telehealth video link but no one came. I had to disconnect and call the office and inquire if appointment was pending or canceled. Doctor was available but lack of communication within the office I assume.

It's pretty wonderful when you're already looking forward to your next appointment with a doctor who listens, comments, asks questions, and smiles!
