He had all the necessary supplies needed! Cost of repair was less than half of my purchase price! I was very impressed with his friendly excellent customer service!

I called this place and a repair person was scheduled in a few days. On the day of repair, the technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. In less than an hour, my 20 year old washer was like new. I was assured that with prooer maintenance it would last another 20. Only time will tell now. In regards to appliance repair, Ohana was the way to go. They are definitely my go to for any future appliance issues.

4worldlovers: Whoever gave , ‘Dan’ a low rating is a flat out liar !!! He’s been my ,’go to’ appliance repairman for over a decade . He’s done my : washer , stove , refrigerator , washer and dryer . I recently moved . My stove ,’short circuited’ on the front right side and 2 of the other burners we’re not functioning ever since moving in . He re-wired and fixed the problem then turned his attention towards the other coils . This stove is over : 50 years old . As soon as I mentioned the brand-Holiday-he informed me that he already knew it didn’t have a model number . He spent : 5 hours . Parts : 2 coils and switch which he had on hand . Cost for the aforementioned ? $85.00 . Total for everything : $250.00 . Subtract the : $85.00 . $165.00 for 5 of work .Remember , the wiring was fried !!! When we made the work order to repair the freezer section of the refrigerator, there was no option for the ice maker when making the appointment. So when the technician came to my house, his work order was not accurate. Luckily he had an ice maker in his vehicle to complete the work.

Our experience was awesome. Before coming over he gave us a call letting us know when he is on his way. Before arriving he asked a couple questions about the issue we had with our dryer and seen that we had the part needed and suggested that we change another part that coincides with the part being replaced and i gave the go ahead to replace it. Upon arrival Kenneth did his repairs and did a thorough inspection/testing and mentioned about a potential part, dryer belt, that my become an issue down the road, so he recommended and offered to replace the part as well since he had it available. He replaced it and the dryer performs like new. He did mention about an issue that may arise in the future, but due to the part no longer being made he brought it up as so we are aware of it. Also, he performed a thorough cleaning of our dryer and did his best to remove as much lint so it won't be a hazard. Overall, Kenneth did an awesome job and provided tips on how I can properly maintain our appliances so they perform their best. Excellent job and I highly recommend Kenneth to other customers to perform repairs. Finally, if this reaches to corporate or Kenneth's leader, have him get trained up to become certified in Refrigerator repairs as well. Having a chat with him he did mention he is trying to get training in this as well but got put on hold due to all the restructuring and changes happening. Sears and leadership take care of Kenneth he is an awesome employee and deserves to be taken care of, thank you.
