For my last 2 appts w/Dr. Crawley, he was late (more than 15 min). Also, he doesn't seem to familiarize himself w/my med records/test results before the appt, instead is reading the info at the beginning of the appt.

Dr. Crawley gave me a full explanation of the inhaler change that he felt was necessary at this time and answered all of my questions regarding same. He is much appreciated.
