The staff was professional and friendly, and efficient. Dr Minaai was easy to understand, listened and shared suggestions. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience and went well. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.
The only thing that was missing which I think the person making the appointment should do is advise us that the appointment will be 2-3 hours long it would be helpful especially when the patient has to bring a family member who most likely still works.
I had no idea that the doctor would be that opinionated.
Always a pleasure talking with Dr Minaai I was informed about the procedure and all my questions were answered.
The information I received at this appointment was interesting and helpful, but it was not why I wanted an appointment. So my primary purpose for seeing a doctor was not fulfilled.
Need to clarify 'non medical' comments on record, not relevant perhaps, but yes to me the patient ? Thank you!
Dr Minaai is a very professional, courteous and extremely down to earth. Her easy manner put my mom at ease and made the visit pleasurable. She explained goals to mom that were easy for mom and me to understand. Thank you Straub for having a geriatrician Dr Minaai on staff!
