4worldlovers: I got an excellent price which beat the Big Box store I usually go to. The guys in the garage were helpful and listened. Even though I came in on Friday, they got me the first slot Monday. One suggestion: they should've asked me 'did you buy tires from us.' I noticed one unnecessary charge they gave me. I know they have multiple customers come over 24-48 hours, but it's like they forgot they had sold me my tires (sale on Friday, and the next Monday was the only slot to replace my tires). I had to catch that otherwise would've been charged for something that wasn't necessary. I did point it out and the front-desk worker said they'd strike it out. So that's good


Made an appointment for an oil change on a holiday (I know, I had to for Uber though) but they were still so nice and efficient. I'll def be back.


Easy to make appointment online. Dropped off at 8am for 9am appointment. Did oil change, rotate tires, alignment & care care check. Car was ready at 10am.

When I made an online reservation, it went very smoothly. However when I arrived at the shop, the person at the desk told me it would be 4 hours and they would call me when service was complete. I left my car and returned 5 1/2 hours later - no phone call. My car was next to be serviced and would be done in 1 1/2 hours! I sat in the waiting area as I had no ride home. The service was done in 1 hour. Everyone was very pleasant and tried to be helpful but they were overwhelmed with appointments. The online system kept taking appointments eventhough the shop's appointments were already full for one week! Additionally the phone system was completely down at multiple locations. The service staff were using their own cell phones to reach out to customers. Even with the delays and phone problems, I am still satisfied with the work done and the courtesy of the staff.
