A gymnast can easily become any other type of athlete, but other athletes cannot so easily become gymnasts. So if you were to choose one athletic endeavor to commit yourself to, why settle for less? At Manakoa Gymnastics, all of our coaches possess the highest USAG professional certification and help each gymnast learn and master skills with excellent and polished form. Everyone gets personal attention from their coach. Our beginner gymnasts learn skill progressions that allow them to advance quicker. They don’t just move for the sake of moving. Every movement is purposeful and carefully planned by our coaches to accelerate progress and to ensure safety.

Our competitive team gymnasts are an outstanding group of hardworking, dedicated, kind, and welcoming athletes. Their individualized routines are always so much fun to watch at practice and during meets. Our head coach is a former collegiate gymnast and all of our team coaches are university graduates who have been background checked through USAG and NCSI, passed rigorous certification tests, and have practiced gymnastics for many years. Most importantly, they strive to provide our gymnasts a safe and nurturing environment for continued growth and pursuit of their passion for the sport.

4worldlovers: HA started in 1999 near Costco in the Iwilei Business Center. Our Kalihi location in Honolulu has operated since 2002 with 15 trampolines, rod and spring floors, special rebounding surfaces, overhead rigging for spotting systems, and one of the most advanced bungee systems anywhere!

Since 2012, Hawaii Academy has been providing gymnastics and fitness classes to military families on Oahu at Pearl Harbor in a large gymnasium near Bloch Arena, named the Youth Fitness Gym (Bldg 1680). The entire family is encouraged to participate!
