My daughter just moved to Hawaii from Canada. We needed to purchase a mattress quickly and we鈥檙e hoping to cash and carry. We called ahead and spoke with someone who was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was 30 minutes before closing the store and she said not to worry she would be happy to help us when we got there. We arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and despite our late arrival Brooklyn greeted us with a warm smile and reassured us she would be able to help us. She asked us some great questions about budget, firm factor etc and within just a few minutes was able to match us up with a suitable mattress. She gave us tips on how to plump up the mattress when we unrolled it. Brooklyn genuinely wanted to help us and did. We are so grateful for her excellent service!
My friend and I came in 30 minutes before store closing on Labor Day because we didn鈥檛 want to miss the sale. Brooklyn was the first to welcome us and without hesitation she was quick to help. After showing us several beds, we learned from her that we actually had until October to get the sale deal so we didn鈥檛 have to rush. We decided to go home but told her we will be back. We actually went back the next day and with Brooklyn鈥檚 expertise in beds and excellent customer service, my friend and I both purchased our brand new beds. We are beyond happy and excited! Thank you Brooklyn!
